This page explains how to delete your account in the Sportify app, provided by Unidos Grupa d.o.o., and what happens to your data when you do.
2. Delete your account in the app
1. Open the Sportify app and sign in. 2. Open Profile and tap Settings. 3. Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
3. Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, send an e-mail from the address registered to your Sportify account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We check that the request comes from the account holder, delete the account and confirm by e-mail.
4. What is deleted
Your profile details: name, e-mail address, phone number, OIB, date of birth and address. After deletion, the account can no longer be used to sign in.
5. What is kept
Records of completed purchases are kept, because Croatian accounting law requires us to keep them for at least 11 years from the end of the business year in which the purchase was made. This covers payments, issued receipts, and the tickets, memberships and season tickets bought with them, including the holder details entered on them. After deletion you can no longer see or use these tickets, memberships and season tickets in the app.
